And now for something tasty!

Not you're typical merlot. Lighter, with a strong taste of vanilla. An excellent pairing wine for an espresso filet or peppery steak. We had it with a hell of a damn good prime roast with mushroom wine and shallots and garlic sauce - beautiful! Great dinner at Chrissie's and Bri's place!

Greek Night!

Very thin at first, opens up to a simple, light and slightly fruity wine. Unoffensive, but not significant. Good if you gotta go Greek, but 10 bucks can be better spent.

Rocking the Sake - Gekkeikan

For 7 bucks, pretty dang good. Buttery with coconut and a hint of pear. It's got the typical vodka-ey whak with the alcohol - it packs a punch. Got it @ Hannaford's; should see other varieties @ liquor store. Doesn't keep like other wines; shelf life of strong beer.
